Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit cards and all major debit and credit cards, except American Express.

Currently, we are not accepting insurance for acupuncture services and natural medicine. Upon request, Dr. Nguyen will provide an itemized statement to the patient for her services for possible reimbursement. Some of Dr. Nguyen's patients has been reimbursed for some of her services; however, it is the patient’s responsibility to submit paperwork to their insurance provider. BellaVive Natural Health Clinic does not make any guarantees that you would be reimbursed by your insurance company.
